With over 25 years of professional, practical corporate, and counseling experience, Heather Morton focuses on attachment, identity, relationships, life transitions, trauma, and loss. As an adoptee, she also works with members of the adoption triad. Being both empathetic and pragmatic and having a broad range of interests in art, culture, people, all beings, nature, our relationships with ourselves and each other informs her therapeutic approach and provides avenues of understanding into the self as well as with the demands of balancing individual needs and interests with work, family and other responsibilities.
